What kind of payment do we accept?

For the order we prefer to accept Paypal payment. Payment with confirmed mailing address and optional verified buyer status will help your order to process faster.

Why can't I use the PayPal direct debit method?

1.Your credit balance in your PayPal account is always used first. If you have sufficient funds in your PayPal account, you will not be offered the direct debit option.

2.Your bank account has not yet been confirmed. For all important information about the account verification, please visit https://www.paypal.com/accountverification/

3.You have reached/exceeded the maximum amount which can be payed by direct debit method in a certain time period.

4.There might be irregularities in the past which occured using the direct debit method:
Your bank account data stored in PayPal are not correct and therefore PayPal received a debit from your bank account.

Your PayPal account has a negative credit balance.

I paid for my order with PayPal but the status is set to “open”. Why is it not changed to “processing”?

Sometimes PayPal blocks a payment for several days which means it’s not transferred to our account yet. In the transaction details on your PayPal account you can read a message which shows when the payment is expected to arrive. This usually takes about a week.

If you don’t want to wait that long, you can make a new order with different payment method and we will refund the PayPal payment once it arrives on our account.

How can I check my order?

After you've paid, you will receive a confirmation email of your payment, which will be sent to your email account. It will list the details of your order. Please feel free to check and feedback. If any questions you have about your order, please contact our Live Support freely.

How do you deliver the CD-keys?

After verification, your requested items will be delivered via email. If you pay via PayPal, please use the same email address. It will speed up the verification process. And the CD-key will be sent to your PayPal Email address.

What can I do if the code doesn’t work?

No problem – we’re sorry, most likely our supplier made an error and sent us a package twice. Due to the large amount of cd-keys we sell this can happen, but is usually quickly noticed by us. Send us a screenshot of the error message along with your ordernumber, and we fix it for you.

We will check your personal and paypal information after payment.
We will send an email attached the screenshot of the CD Key to your paypal email box if order and payment passed verification.
Reply the confirmation to us via your paypal email box.

Where do you get the cd-keys from, are they legit?

Of course, our cd-keys are 100% legal. The cd-keys are taken from standard retail packages, and then scanned and send as picture via e-mail. As this saves us package costs and storage space we pass on this price advantage to our customers. For special keys, such as pre-order ones, you are likely to receive just a textfile with the key-code, as we received it this way directly from the publisher. Nevertheless we offer an unlimited warranty for our cd-keys, so you will never have any problems.

One hour has passed since I made an order for a cd-key or gamecard and I don’t have it yet. When will get the code that I need?

Some orders need to be checked more thoroughly before we can send the image file. This is to prevent any fraud. Please contact our live chat or email us to speed up this process for you.
